Wind Forecast for Kitesurfing and Wing Foiling Lessons at our main location - Longniddry

Planning your next kitesurfing or wing foiling session? At our main teaching spot in Scotland, we aim for ideal wind ranges to give you the best possible experience on the water. For kitesurfing lessons, we’re looking for steady winds between 11 and 25 knots. If you’re just getting started with Wing SUP, lighter winds from 6 to 18 knots are perfect. For more advanced wing foiling lessons, we prefer wind conditions between 12 and 25 knots.

Keep in mind, wind forecasts in Scotland can shift quickly – locals know how unpredictable it can be. But that’s part of the fun! Once you’re into water sports like kiting or winging, checking the wind forecast becomes a daily obsession.
